Protection of data

Registration of your personal data will always be handled ethically correctly by Nail4you. We regard your personal data as a matter of trust. 
At Nail4you we share no information with third parties. You are thus not risking that we would sell information or use it for purposes other than being able to deliver the order to you. 
We register no person-sensitive data. When you going to place an order, there is a set of information that you must give, namely your name, address, telephone number and E-mail. 
This information is used only for use in delivering the order. The information is stored at NAIL4YOU ApS for use for bookkeeping and saved for five years, after which the data is deleted. 
When personal data is collected via our Web site, we make sure that it always occurs with the issuance of your express consent, such that you are informed of precisely what information is being collected and why. 
The CEO and the employees of NAIL4YOU ApS have access to the information that we register about you.

In addition, we have working relationships with a number of other businesses that store and process data. These businesses process exclusively information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

 

 

 

We work only with data processors in the EU or in countries that are able to give your information sufficient protection. 

 

The data controller at nail4you.dk is NAIL4YOU ApS. We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted. 
As a registrant at NAIL4YOU ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to inspect precisely what information is registered about you. 
You possess these rights pursuant to the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data and inquiries in this connection should be directed to NAIL4YOU ApS via E-mail at info@nail4you.dk. 
When you pay with Dankort or other types of credit cards at Nail4you, your data is protected with a security methodology called SSL. 
This means that your data is encrypted and cannot come into the possession of third parties. Nail4you does not store customer Dankort information, but rather simply communicates the contact to PBS, which is crucial for us being able to debit the amount that is equal to the payment for the order placed and it from you as customer-approved amount.

Payment options

At Nail4you, you can pay in several manners. You hence can select the payment form that suits you best. The different payment forms involve different freight/administrative costs.
Payment via Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, e-Dankort, Diners, American Express, JCB, ViaBill - read more here and VISA Elektron Payment with these cards in the Internet is a fast and secure manner by which to pay for your goods. 
The Danish system for payments via credit cards is among the best in the world. When payment is made with a credit card, a fee is charged. This fee is normally added to the shipment, but at Nail4you we pay this fee. 
The amount is only first debited to your card when the goods are shipped from n4y.dk. An amount greater than what you have approved for the purchase can never be debited.

For purchases with ViaBill, you will receive your goods first. Thereafter, you must make your
monthly instalment on the 20th of each month.
If you do not pay it on time, a fee will be imposed of DKK  39.00.
If you rescind your purchase, the agreement concerning payment with ViaBill ceases.
ViaBill finances purchases for up to DKK 2,000.
Amounts over DKK 2,000 are financed in co-operation with SparXpress.

Ordering and cancellation


It is possible to order online via the order format Nail4you. Ordering can also occur by telephone: +45 70 22 33 66 on all working days between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm. For payment with Dankort, other credit cards or other advance payment, the order will be processed when payment has been registered at Nail4you. Nail4you dispatches orders on the same day to the greatest extent possible, possibly within 1-2 days. 
Hence we ask that any possible cancellations also be issued as quickly as you are able, in order to avoid the goods having already been shipped. 
We try to dispatch all orders that are issued in Nail4you before noon on working days on the same day. You can still manage to cancel if you call us on the telephone before 1:00 pm at +45 70 22 33 66. 
Cancellation of an order can also occur by writing an E-mail to info@nail4you.dk It would help with the processing of a cancellation if you give us your order number. 
You receive the order number via the E-mail that you receive immediately after placing your order. When you shop with Nail4you, agreements are entered into in Danish. It is not possible to see previous orders by logging into the Web site. If you would like to receive a copy of your order confirmation, you should send an E-mail to info@nail4you.dk.

 

 

Cookies

At nail4you.dk cookies are used for the purpose of optimising the Web site and its functionality, and thus making your visit as easy as possible for you. You can delete cookies at any time from your computer, exactly how depends on your browser.

Disclaimer

When you shop at Nail4you, you simultaneously as a customer accept our full terms and conditions. Shipping Orders received on working days before noon are dispatched on the same day.

Statutory right of cancellation

You have a 14-day statutory right of cancellation when you shop as a consumer at Nail4you.
The deadline for the statutory right of cancellation expires 14 days after you receive your item, or receive the last item in your physical possession when it involves an agreement on several different items that have been ordered in one order, and which are being delivered individually, or receive the last parcel or the last part in your physical possession when it involves an agreement concerning delivery of an item that consists of multiple parcels or parts. You must send us a message within 14 days of receipt stating that you wish to cancel your purchase. 
The message must be sent to support@nail4you.dk or 70223366. In your message, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your statutory right of cancellation. 
You can also choose to utilise our standard cancellation form and send it back. You can find it sent with your order confirmation and at the bottom in this document
You cannot cancel by simply rejecting receipt of the item without simultaneously giving us a clear message concerning this.

 

With the purchase of Nail courses there is no statutory right of cancellation.
In the event of illness, the date can be rebooked. 

 

Cancellation of a part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the possibility to send one or more items back even though they were purchased in one order.

Note that you do not receive your shipping expenses back if you cancel a part of your purchase.

Returns 


You must send your order back to us without undue delays. and at the latest 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must defray the direct expenses in connection with the return delivery of the item. 
With returns, you are responsible for the item having been packed responsibly. You bear the risk for the item from the point in time the item is delivered.
Items excepted from the statutory right of cancellation
Delivery of sealed goods that due to health protection or hygiene-related reasons are not suitable for being returned, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
You thereby lose your statutory right of cancellation if you break the seal on goods that due to health protection or hygiene-related reasons are not suitable to be returned.
Condition of the item when you send it back
You are liable only for any possible deterioration of the value of the item that is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and the manner by which it functions. 
In other words – you can test the item in the same manner as if you tested it in a physical shop.
If the item is tested beyond what is described above, we will regard it as used, which means that when cancelling the purchase you will only receive a part or none of the purchase sum back, depending upon the item's marketable value.
In order to receive the entire purchase sum back, you must do the same as one can in a physical shop. You may test the item, but not take it into actual use.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may possibly involve a deterioration in value of the item.


Repayment the purchase amount
If you exercise your cancellation right for your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of a deterioration in value that you are liable for, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your statutory right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however not extra costs due to your own choice of a form of delivery other than the least expensive form for standard delivery that we offer), without undue delays. and under all circumstances at the latest 14 days from the date when we have received notification of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will perform such a repayment with the same means of payment that you used with the original transaction, unless you have expressly consented to something else.
We may withhold the repayment until we have received the item back, unless you have submitted documentation before then that you have returned it.

You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The processing will go faster if you also fill in our form/standard cancellation form or enclose the following;

Freight prices

 

 

Packages with distribution are delivered by Post nord to the address in the order, price DKK 60

Packages without distribution must always be fetched at a post office, in a postal boutique or package locker, price DKK 35

Delivery is freight-free for purchases over DKK 500.00.

The delivery time is 1-3 working days. We deliver to Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.

 

Order confirmation

When you have ordered goods from Nail4you, you will receive an order confirmation via E-mail. This is your proof that we have registered your order. The correct E-mail address must be entered in order for you to receive this confirmation. The order confirmation contains information about your choice of form of payment, precisely which items you have ordered and the total price including shipping costs.

Log statistics

We use log statistics at nail4you.dk, which means that a statistical system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they are coming from and where on the Web site it is left from, etc. The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimising Nail4you.

VAT-free

We do not ship goods for export. In other words, all orders are sent / paid incl. Danish VAT, which you may seek to receive back in your own country by directing an inquiry to customs and excise with the invoice.

Prices

All prices for Nail4you are inclusive 25% VAT and other fees. The prices are current market prices. Administration and shipping costs depend upon the manner in which you desire to pay and will appear once the form of payment has been selected.

Claims

If you have a defective item that was purchased via Nail4you, you can within 2 years from when you have received the item, return it to us and receive a new item:

You must send the item to us within a 'reasonable period of time'. If you make a claim within two months after the deficiency has been discovered, the claim will always be timely. For both you and us it would be appropriate to get a defective item exchanged as quickly as possible.

The right to make a claim encompasses all defects that can be attributed to product defects or faults that arise due to NORMAL use of the item. Not included under this is natural wear and tear, incorrect use of the item or other damage-causing behaviour.

If the claim is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. When you return the item, we ask that you state what the problem is in as much detail as possible.

Note! We do not accept packages sent COD or the like.

Remember that the item must always be sent back in responsible packaging, and get a receipt for the freight so we can repay your shipping costs.

Risk for the goods

The risk for goods purchased at Nail4you transfers to you as a consumer at the point in time of delivery.

Complaints


If you wish to make a complaint about your purchase, then direct your inquiry to Per valsted, support@nail4you.dk - 70223366. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can submit a complaint to the relevant tribunal in the field, provided the conditions for doing so are fulfilled.

Children and young people under 18 years of age

 

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. If you are under 18 years old, you must have consent from a parent or guardian.

When you subscribe to a subscription/pay with a credit agreement, you must enter your date of birth so we can ensure you are over 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, the agreement must be entered into by a parent or guardian. An agreement can always easily be annulled by a parent or guardian if it should turn out that is has been entered into by a child or a person under 18 years old.
